Overview
Since joining the firm in 2005, Najeh has developed an extensive experience in civil and commercial litigation. His litigation experience focuses on areas of civil law, commercial law, banking law, companies’ law, securities law, trademarks law and labor law.
Najeh is also advising and providing clients with legal consultation in different law areas. His great experience in drafting and reviewing agreements enables Najeh to work closely with clients on their day-to-day business in addition to complex transactions.
