The new Magistrates Courts Law No.23 for the Year 2017 have came into force today January 18th 2018, thereby repealing and replacing the old Magistrates Court Law (Amendments) No.15 for the Year 1952.
The Magistrates Courts Law No.23 for the Year 2017 was issued and approved by the Council of Ministers on July 7th 2017, and later published in the Official Gazette
No. 5474 on August 1st 2017 on page 4608.
